To get you off to a good start in the world of work, you’ll be supported by qualified instructors from your department, various mentors and a supervisor from the HR department.

Industrial Management Assistant (Industriekaufmann/frau)
During your apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant, you will get to know practically all of the departments in our company. The commercial departments such as purchasing, accounting, customer services, marketing and sales will be your main focus and you will also gain insights into logistics, IT and our outlet stores. You will collaborate on special projects with other apprentices.
At the vocational school, you will learn commercial know-how and the theory behind business processes. You should be interested in numbers, working with computers and economic contexts.
Besides this you need to be open and communicative, and enjoy working with other people in order to successfully complete your apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant.
Your vocational school will be in Lauf an der Pegnitz. During the first two years, you will attend the school two days a week; in the final year, just once a week. This gives you a constant switch from vocational school to practical experience in the company.

Retail Management Assistant (Kaufmann/frau im Einzelhandel)
Your 3-year apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant, is all about our products and point of sale (PoS). A large part of your job is to provide customers with the best advice depending on their needs and requirements. You will also be taught how the cash register system and the merchandise management system work and will learn about visual merchandising. You will also gain insights into the returns, logistics and retail management departments.
The second part of your apprenticeship will take place at the vocational school in Lauf an der Pegnitz. Here you will learn the theory behind merchandise knowledge and the art of selling as well as accounting and general economic contexts. During the first year, you will attend the school two days a week; in the second and third year, just once a week. This gives you a constant switch from vocational school to practical experience in the company.

Computer Science Expert for System Integration (Fachinformatiker*in für Systemintegration)
During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Computer Science Expert for System Integration, you will mainly be working in our IT department. You will support our staff with any IT problems, be responsible for selecting, installing and maintaining hardware and software, and ensure the security of our data and servers.
The second part of your apprenticeship will take place at the vocational school in Roth and is taught as a sandwich course. Here you will learn the theory behind business administration and macroeconomic processes, application development and programming as well as IT technology, systems and projects.
This is the ideal job for you if you are interested in technology, networks, data and IT systems, and also enjoy helping people solve problems.

Computer Science Expert for Software Development (Fachinformatiker*in für Anwendungsentwicklung)
During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Computer Science Expert for Software Development, you will mainly be working in our IT department. You will get to know our software applications and test their viability, and also analyse and correct errors in the application. Later you will even design and program parts of our software solutions.
The second part of your apprenticeship will take place at the vocational school in Roth and is taught as a sandwich course. Here you will learn the theory behind business administration and macroeconomic processes, application development and programming as well as IT technology, systems and projects.
This job is ideal for you if you are interested in software and programming as well in IT systems and how to develop them.

Skilled Warehouse Operator (Fachlagerist*in)
During your 2-year apprenticeship as a Skilled Warehouse Operator, you will get to know various areas of our logistics department. You will mainly deal with sending, receiving, packaging and storing goods and will also learn about order picking and handling our raw goods. You will also become familiar with our quality control methods.
The second part of your apprenticeship will take place at the vocational school in Nuremberg. There you will learn the theory behind procurement logistics, warehouse logistics and the transportation industry. During the first year, you will attend the school once a week; in the second year, twice a week.
To work in the area of logistics you need a good head for numbers and good organisational skills. If you also enjoy physical labour, then an apprenticeship as a Skilled Warehouse Operator at Création Gross could be ideal for you.

Textile & Garment Maker (Textil- und Modenäher*in)
During your 2-year apprenticeship, you will mainly be working in our sewing shop. This is where we create collection samples, prototypes and small collections of all our main product groups. You will learn various sewing and ironing techniques, and will create drawings, patterns pieces and sketches. Furthermore, you will also be involved in cutting and arranging fabrics and auxiliary materials. You will need to be skilled with your hands and demonstrate dexterity and creativity.
In your sandwich course at the vocational school in Schweinfurt, you will learn about various fabrics, sewing techniques and production processes.

We require a letter of application, a CV and your latest references or school reports. Please ensure that your documents include your full contact details so that we can get in touch with you.
Your application should be clear, free of spelling and grammar mistakes and give us a good insight into your skills, interests and experience. Please tell us about your hobbies, what you are interested in, what your favourite school subjects were and if you have already completed an internship or had a holiday job. We are also interested in knowing why you are interested in this particular apprenticeship and the job it will lead to.
Once we have received and checked your documents, we will contact you to arrange a video call. Therefore, you do not need to come to us in person and can take the call from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a computer or a smartphone and a stable internet connection. We will send you the link for the call via email. The second interview will take place in person in Hersbruck and you will also get to know apprentices who already work for the company. After that, we will let you know within 5 working days if you were successful.
All you have to do is be yourself and try not to be too nervous. We just want to get to know you and find out more about you. We won’t be asking any tricky questions to test your knowledge; we are primarily interested in you as a person. Of course, it won’t do any harm to brush up on your knowledge of our company beforehand!
No, there is no dress code at Création Gross. Just make sure that you feel comfortable in what you are wearing and that it is appropriate for the occasion.
